You will be mainly accountable for:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, from problem definition and data exploration to model development and presentation of results.
Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable analytics questions and hypotheses.
Work with data scientists and experts to apply advanced analytical techniques, such as statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, simulation etc., to generate insights and recommendations that address business needs and add value.
Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences, using data visualization, storytelling, and business acumen.
Manage demand, delivery and value creation and build strategic long-term plans for analytics within the domain/area you partner with.
Mentor and coach junior business analysts and data scientists and foster a culture of collaboration and learning within the team.

Qualifications for the role

MBA or Bachelor's/master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics or finance.
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data science, or consulting, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering or related industry.
Familiarity in one or more programming languages, such as Python, R and knowledge in one or more data platforms and tools, such as AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of various analytical techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, time series, optimization, simulation, generative AI, etc., and ability to apply them to real-world problems.
Excellent communication and demonstrated leadership skills.
Deep knowledge and expertise in one or more functional areas, such as finance, operations, sales and account management, supply chain etc. is desirable.
