Responsibilities:
• Provision and configure the AI development environment, including Microsoft Azure resources, ensuring all necessary infrastructure for AI agent creation and deployment is in place.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using state-of-the-art generative AI models and frameworks.
• Customize AI agents to perform specific tasks such as natural language understanding, conversational AI, and decision support using frameworks like Langgraph, crewAI etc.
• Ingest and preprocess data from diverse sources to train and fine-tune AI models.
• Develop and optimize generative AI models by training on relevant datasets.
• Implement techniques for prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning to improve agent performance.
Skills:
• Expertise in generative AI frameworks and agent development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, and Azure SQL Database.
• Solid understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, and data quality management.
• Experience in AI model evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Ability to conduct security audits and implement data protection measures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
