Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) requirements.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity and consistency across various data environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize data processing workflows in Alteryx to improve performance and reduce processing time.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of data infrastructure and pipelines to support growing business needs.
- Perform data validation, troubleshoot data issues, and resolve data discrepancies using SQL.
- Maintain a strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and best practices in data engineering.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data engineers and team members.
- Monitor and ensure the efficient performance of data pipelines and systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve existing processes and drive innovation within the team.
Skills
- 4+ years experience in Data engineer with Alteryx and SQL experience
- 2+ years experience in Alteryx
- Power BI: Dashboarding and data visualization
- Cloud experience perferrble.
