Work you’ll do
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing, product, data science, and analytics teams to gain a deep understanding of Deloitte's digital products, marketing initiatives, and advanced analytics goals.
- Design modular and scalable data collection solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Develop detailed implementation specifications for web and mobile application teams.
- Lead the end-to-end development and configuration of tracking code, report suites, and product profiles in Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Admin Console.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to deploy and test solutions from development to production environments.
- Coordinate efforts to continuously improve the performance, reliability, and functionality of data collection systems post-implementation.
- Design and configure classification rules and importers to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Generate and deliver detailed Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards to present actionable insights.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and standards for data collection systems.
- Participate in team meetings, provide thought leadership, identify architectural gaps or issues, and guide the team toward resolutions.
- Provide hands-on training to clients and internal teams to maximize the adoption and utilization of Adobe Analytics within the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud and digital analytics.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Reporting API, Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse, and Adobe Analytics Data Feed.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and web development concepts for implementing analytics.
- Strong understanding of JSON schemas, cookies, regular expressions, and data layer frameworks.
- Proficient in Python for advanced data manipulation and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Inquisitive nature to identify the root cause of data collection or reporting issues.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of privacy and compliance considerations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
