    2. Perform trend analysis, root cause investigations, and data reconciliation.
    3. Develop dashboards and KPIs for APC performance, model quality, and economic benefits using tools like PowerBI or Seeq.

    2. APC & DMCplus Support

    1. Collaborate with control engineers and APC specialists to monitor Aspen DMCplus controller performance.
    2. Evaluate and tune model predictive controllers to align with process changes.
    3. Assist in controller commissioning, validation, and long-term maintenance.

    3. Rotating Equipment Monitoring

    1. Analyze operating data from pumps, compressors, and turbines, integrating vibration, temperature, and flow data.
    2. Correlate equipment behavior with control actions and process dynamics to recommend performance improvements or preventive maintenance.

    4. ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps)

    1. Monitor real-time ESP data for anomalies, downtime events, and performance degradation.
    2. Integrate ESP analytics into the APC framework, supporting decisions for load allocation, energy savings, and equipment protection.

    5. Process Simulation & Digital Twins

    1. Use Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus for steady-state and dynamic simulations to benchmark real plant data.
    2. Support the creation of digital twins and surrogate models for process optimization and operator training.
