Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of data center utilization, including the efficiency of engineering jobs executed on the data center.
- Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources to ensure comprehensive analysis.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports that highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations for optimizing data center performance.
- Efficiency Evaluation: Assess the efficiency of engineering jobs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and program management, to ensure alignment and effective data utilization.
- Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Predictive Analysis: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future data center utilization and efficiency trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement in data center operations based on analytical findings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in data center operations or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the basics of data center, server, and LSF (Load Sharing Facility) architecture.
