Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Review and approve competitor article matches, ensuring alignment with business standards and strategic pricing objectives.
• Analyze outlier data to identify significant anomalies, leveraging insights to adjust and correct foundational pricing data.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing strategies, using data-driven approaches to recommend strategic adjustments that maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pricing and analytical requests, ensuring consistent alignment with departmental and business objectives.
• Stay current on industry retail pricing trends, with a particular focus on competitor price changes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to ongoing projects to refine pricing models and strategies, adapting to competitive landscape shifts and market trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant experience in pricing analysis or a related field
• Knowledge of retail operations and pricing strategies, with a strong emphasis on competitive price matching and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in identifying trends and outliers in pricing data
• Ability to prioritize tasks and balance competing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
