The impact you will have with us:
- Manage hiring and building the Global Technical Services team in Asia Pacific, thus scaling the organization and driving efficiency.
- Build a motivated collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team to embody and promote Databrick's customer-obsessed, teamwork and diverse culture.
- Manage the distribution and allocation of work across the team.
- Build partnerships with cross functional stakeholders across Field Engineering and Sales to position services that drive customer growth and product adoption.
- Conduct operational reviews of the team’s deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and outcomes.
What we look for:
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- A minimum of 5-6 years of client facing experience in Cloud and/or Data/ AI space.3+ years of experience leading technical teams, in a technology or consulting organization.
- Have experience scaling and mentoring field or technical teams from scratch at hyper-growth speed.
- Knowledgeable in and passionate about data-driven decisions, AI, and Cloud software models.
- Great at instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency.
- Technical background either in Data & AI or Cloud technologies.
