Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop, architect, and design AI models for predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Analyse manufacturing data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Design and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and vision AI models for anomaly detection, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
Integrate AI models into MES, IoT frameworks, and SAP/ERP systems to enable real-time operational insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing challenges into data-driven AI solutions.
Investigate and apply emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Digital Twin for manufacturing innovations.

Experience

8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial domains.

Bachelor’s degree – Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer)
Master’s degree in business, Computer science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Knowledge of manufacturing systems like MES, SCADA, or ERP.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of emerging AI trends such as Explainable AI, Federated Learning, and Edge AI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and ability to deliver projects within deadlines.
