Your day to day –
- High proficiency in technical / data-mining skills and working knowledge of dealing with large volumes of data using tools such as SQL, Python in GCP BigQuery/Hadoop environment.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and strong critical thinking to derive actionable insights from data.
- Expertise to perform storytelling with data and insights, drive key business decision-making
- Expertise in A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance in supporting initiative and program focus.
- Experience with business segmentation, customer experience and churn analytics, business growth evaluation.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and data visualization through tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Expertise in predictive modelling, regression, and time-series analysis
- Ability to translated technical findings into business recommendations and working with business partners to implement.
- Attention to details and ensuring work outcome accuracy and reliability
What do you need to bring-
- Master’s degree in related field and 10+ years related professional work experience (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, etc.)
- 5+ year of experience as people manager
- Understanding of Fraud/Credit risk in the financial industry, experience with Payment risk preferred
- Good time and program management, can handle multiple projects or action items at the same time with challenging deadlines.
- Well-developed research and analytical skills with good problem solving and lateral thinking ability
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages. Experience with GCP Big Query, Hadoop environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
