Executive Leader, Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a vision for leveraging AI and data science to drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth.
2. Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing data science team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop talent to ensure long-term success in AI initiatives.
3. AI and Data Science Solutions: Design and deploy machine learning algorithms to optimize service operations, reduce downtime, and drive adoption of AI tools across the organization.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with CX, CSA, Deal Factory, MRO operations, and DT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions using iDNA.
5. Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and data science, representing GE Aerospace at industry events and conferences to showcase AI-driven commercial engine services.
6. Act as a practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s proprietary Lean Operating System, to accelerate the deployment of strategic capabilities and value to the business, and to drive standard work in the way in which critical data & technology outcomes are designed, delivered, and supported.

2. Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace industry operations, including Services, Aftermarket and MRO processes.
3. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving innovation and change management.
4. Ability to represent GE Aerospace at industry events and conferences.
