About this opportunity:

We are inviting applications for the position Delivery Manager to lead and grow strong delivery teams at Ericsson. Must have skills in people leadership, DevOps, automation, and AI/ML in telecom or cloud-native environments. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, improving processes, on-time quality results, and promoting engineering excellence

What you will do:

1. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (software, SRE/DevOps, QA, automation).
2. Plan and deliver complex projects from requirements to production.
3. Manage delivery scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
4. Drive DevOps and CI/CD maturity: automation, infrastructure-as-code, testing, releases, observability.
5. Promote automation to reduce manual work and speed delivery.
6. Work with architects on cloud-native designs, microservices, Kubernetes.
7. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed AI features in products and workflows.
8. Ensure SLAs/SLOs and KPIs are met; lead incident reviews and fixes.
9. Manage hiring, capacity, performance reviews, and career growth.

The skills you bring:

1. Telecom experience (5G, cloud RAN, core networks) or large cloud platforms.
2. Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), SRE practices.
3. Cloud and DevOps/Agile certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, CSM, SAFe, ISTQB).
4. Experience integrating AI models and measuring business impact.
