Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using RAAG (Retrieval-Augmented Answer Generation) models and Snowflake Cortex.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific applications.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
• Leverage Snowflake Cortex for AI model deployment and data processing.
• Develop efficient data pipelines for real-time and batch AI processing.
• Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval mechanisms for enhanced chatbot performance.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-based AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in AI/ML development, particularly in chatbot or NLP solutions.
• Proficiency in RAAG models and retrieval-based LLM architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex for AI model deployment and data processing.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data engineering principles.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
