- Bachelor's degree required along with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics. MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT a plus.
- Experience in product analytics and/or marketing analytics. Experience in B2C, B2B and eCommerce is preferred.
- Should be strong in querying (SQL/Hive) for data extraction, stitching, and analysis/interpretation.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (AA), Customer journey analytics (CJA) is preferred.
- Experience with data science modelling and Python for automation is preferred.
- Prior experience or expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, design of experiments, the mathematics of statistical hypothesis testing coupled with the ability to draw meaningful business insights across multiple tests. Need to have knowledge of test design and ability to combine disparate data sources (web, product, financial etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a strong ability to convert large complex amount of data into actionable insights & presenting to a wide range of stakeholders and elucidate the key takeaways clearly and succinctly.
- Good project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in matrixed environment. Jira experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with fine-tuned collaboration skills.
