Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to design and implement high-performing predictive models.
2. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
3. Evaluate statistical methods and procedures to ensure accuracy of data and analytics results.
4. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
5. Implement and utilize analytics and data science tools like Python, PySpark, Pytorch, and Tensorflow.
6. Use machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies to solve complex business problems.
7. Forecasting and using machine translation for global markets.
8. Utilize experience with GPUs and hardware acceleration for efficient data processing.
9. Work with unstructured data pre-processing and named entity recognition.
10. Utilize Lang Chain, language modeling, and other language processing techniques.
11. Engage in model fine-tuning and model pre-training for optimal results.
12. Work with transformer models and transformers for efficient data processing.
13. Utilize reinforcement learning and supervised/unsupervised machine learning techniques.
14. Implement regular expressions and SQL for database querying.
15. Must have experience with GenAI and LLM.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
2. 8-12 years of experience in data science or related field.
3. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Pytorch, and Tensorflow.
4. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
5. Strong knowledge in GenAI, LLM, and RAG.
6. Experience with GPUs and hardware acceleration.
7. Proficiency in SQL and database management.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
9. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
