Role & Responsibilities include:
- Lead applied AI/ML and Data Science initiatives to drive strategic insights - using statistical models, predictive analytics, and GenAI-based approaches
- Design and deliver executive-ready visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools - making data accessible and impactful for Strategy & Planning leaders
- Drive analysis on large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and other tools to generate actionable insights across sales performance, pipeline health, and growth metrics
- Build innovative insight delivery mechanisms including embedded analytics, data alerts, and narrative summaries powered by GenAI
- Collaborate with Strategy & Planning leaders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and business questions
- Work across data platforms like Snowflake, SAP HANA, and BigQuery
- Contribute to BI architecture roadmap and advocate for governance standard methodologies, including data access, quality, and privacy
- Lead with curiosity, build relationships across functions, and support a culture of innovation and collaboration

Desired Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Science roles
- Solid foundation in AI/ML, predictive modeling, and GenAI use cases
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy); experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) is a plus
- Prior experience in Sales and/or GTM Analytics preferred—understanding sales metrics, funnel performance, and sales planning
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, SAP HANA, BigQuery
- Familiarity with BI/data architecture, dashboard design and development, and insight delivery methods
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and access control principles
- Good communication and executive engagement skills
