Data Engineering Lead Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
3. Optimize and maintain existing ETL workflows for improved efficiency and performance.
4. Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation.
5. Provide support on CI/CD pipelines and automation.
6. Create and implement best practices to ensure successful delivery and support of Production ready applications.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education:

1. 5 - 8 years of relevant production support and project experience.
2. Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
3. Experience with Relational Database Development – Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent required.
4. Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
5. Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills:

1. Informatica, SSIS, SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)
2. Job Scheduling (Airflow, DAG, Control M, etc.)
3. Performance Tuning, Issue Resolution
4. Python, Databricks, DevOps, Basic Cloud Experience (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:

1. Cloud Certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar)
