    Job description & requirements

    Main Responsibilities:


    ·Developing and implementing custom rules, workflows, and reports.

    ·Support onboarding of new business applications into the CARE product.

    ·Configuring and maintaining Saviynt connectors.

    ·Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity and access management.

    ·Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

    ·Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

    ·Working with Active Directory, LDAP, and other enterprise systems.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    ·Experience:

    oMinimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience working in Saviynt support.

    oIn-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications, etc.

    oExperience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.

    oStrong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.

    oGood understanding of SOX and GxP.


    ·Qualification:

    oBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

    ·Functional & Technical Knowledge:

    oGood understanding of User Access Management.

    oFamiliarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. 

    oGood understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.

    oExperience with application onboarding, connector configuration, and workflow development within Saviynt. 

    oStrong knowledge of custom rule development and third-party system integration. 

    oProficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution. 

    oExperience with Java and J2EE.

    oExperience with JavaScript. 


    ·Communication and Collaboration:

    oFluent in English (French is a plus) 

    oExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

    oAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

    oStrong attention to detail

    oExperience working cross-functional teams to support solution of complex data architecture problems   

    oAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
