Data Business Analyst

Your Role

1. Use Design thinking and a consultative approach to conceive cutting edge technology solutions for business problems, mining core Insights as a service model
2. Contribute to a global business and technology consulting team responsible for developing and delivering innovative offerings and solutions
3. Contribute in the capacity of a business analyst/data business analyst to Data projects
4. Participate in business requirements / functional specification definition, scope management, data analysis and design, in collaboration with both business stakeholders and IT teams
5. Document detailed business requirements, develop solution design and specifications
6. Support and coordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, analysis / design, development, implementation, testing, rollout, and hand-over) working with other teams on a local and global basis
7. Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process analysis, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis
8. Work closely with the solutions architecture team to define the target detailed solution to deliver the business requirements.
9. Engage with project activities across the Information lifecycle, often related to paradigms like
10. Building & managing Business data lakes and ingesting data streams to prepare data
11. Developing machine learning and predictive models to analyse data
12. Visualizing data
13. Empowering Information consumers with agile Data Models that enable Self-Service BI

Your Profile

1. Proven working experience as a Data Business Analyst or Business Analyst with overall experience of min 5 to 9+ years
2. Business analyst with Data background is preferred
3. Preferably, person should have domain knowledge on CPRD/ FS/ MALS/ Utilities/ TMT
4. Strong knowledge of database languages such as SQL and ETL frameworks; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel; and data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
5. Independently able to work with Product Management team and prepare Functional Analysis, User Stories
6. Experience in technical writing skills to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Non-functional Requirement document, User Manual &Use Cases Specifications
7. Comprehensive & solid experience of SCRUM as well as SDLC methodologies
