💡 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years in Data Engineering roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position
✅ 7+ years of hands-on backend experience – Java preferred (Python, Node.js, GoLang also considered)
✅ Built and scaled Data Engineering systems from the ground up in high-growth startups
✅ Deep expertise in large data technologies – Kafka, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Airflow, Presto, etc.
✅ Strong architectural chops – HLD/LLD, scalability, performance, fault-tolerance
✅ Led a team of 5+ Data Engineers
✅ Education: Only IITs
✅ Background: B2B SaaS companies with high data traffic
