Job description & requirements

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. You manage and extend our pool of MRI training and validation data.
  2. You ensure compliant data ingestion from customers, collaboration partners, and internal teams.
  3. You organize and store data efficiently and implement quality control measures for data.
  4. You establish Standard Operating Procedures for data handling and storage within the organization.
  5. You ensure data integrity and accessibility for machine learning projects.
  6. You support ML development activities by assisting in data selection and dataset curation considering statistical soundness and requirements for regulatory approvals.
  7. You work closely with our scientists and engineers to train, evaluate, and improve ML models.
  8. You perform tests and scientific evaluations on our data.
  9. You support regulatory submission processes by delivering data management specifications.

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. You have successfully completed a university degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Bio-Medical Engineering or similar.
  2. You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning, preferably within medical imaging or healthcare.
  3. You have proficiency in Python, R; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and C++
  4. You have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures for data handling and storage.
  5. You are familiar with ensuring data integrity and accessibility for advanced ML projects.
  6. You have knowledge of statistical modeling and methods and regulatory requirements in data management.
