    Job description & requirements

    Reporting Strategy & Design:

    1. Support Design, develop and maintain credit risk reporting systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet regulatory requirements.
    2. Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
    3. Support definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to be captured in global reports.

    Data Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

    1. Analyse existing data sources and reporting processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    2. Gather and document detailed business requirements from cross-functional teams.
    3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for reporting specifications, data flows, and process changes.

    Global Reporting Implementation:

    1. Support the end-to-end implementation of reporting tools and systems, ensuring alignment with global standards.
    2. Assist in the configuration of reporting platforms, ensuring that data is integrated from various global systems.
    3. Coordinate with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    1. Ensure all credit risk reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Training & Documentation:

    1. Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users of the global reporting systems.
    2. Ensure proper documentation of reporting tools, processes, and workflows.

    Continuous Improvement:

    1. Monitor the performance of global reporting Suite and propose enhancements based on feedback and emerging business needs.
    2. Stay updated on reporting trends, and emerging technologies that could improve the reporting process.


    Key Skills and Qualifications

    1. Experience:
    2. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 1 years of experience in implementation of global or large-scale reporting projects.
    3. Strong experience in reporting systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Spotfire, SAP BusinessObjects, or similar).
    4. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, SAP HANA) and data integration processes.
    5. Technical Skills:
    6. Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or other data querying languages to retrieve and analyse data.
    7. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.
    8. Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to create clear, actionable reports for diverse audiences.
    9. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.
    10. Project Management:
    11. Experience working within an Agile, Waterfall and Lean Six Sigma project management environment.
    12. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
    13. Communication Skills:
    14. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    15. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    16. Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:
    17. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in reporting processes.
    18. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch.
    19. Educational Background:
    20. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    21. Advanced certifications or training in business analysis, data analysis, or project management is a plus.


    Preferred Skills:

    1. Experience with ETRM Systems.
    2. Familiarity with cloud-based reporting platforms (e.g., Azure, data-bricks, SaaS).
    3. Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, or business intelligence architecture.
