Responsibilities
- As a Program Manager support the Business & Technology Transformation team in areas:
- Track the progress of the projects, reporting them to India as well as Asia management on a regular basis.
- Budget tracking and reporting process along with Head IT and the CFO team.
- Involve in vendor meetings, team meetings and stakeholder meetings to understand, and if required record important discussions as minutes.
- Work with Delivery heads to ensure that project teams are adequately structured and staffed.
- Ensure that all important aspects to be considered in a project have been accounted for in the delivery plan.
- Responsible for preparing presentations for Senior Management and Steering committee updates.
- Work with delivery heads to get the latest project update and incorporate it into status update
- Should be able to interact with Vendors, Technology team and Business stakeholders.
- Focus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure timely invoice processing of all vendors
- Manage and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation under guidance of Director IT.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal clients for deliverables
- Support Business transformation and Technology transformation leads in resource on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Provide support to Business Transformation Asia Management team
- Support PMO function in its deliverables listed above in Key Responsibilities
- Undertake any other administrative/governance related tasks as specified by Business Transformation and Technology Transformation PMO
