Job Description:
Illustrates marketing trends and business performance through visualizations, data story-telling, and presentations. Identifies research objectives with stakeholders and examines client requirements and needs. Coordinates data gathering from a variety of sources and summarizes findings into reports for stakeholders. Collects and reviews key performance metrics and keeps management informed of progress against goals and targets. Serves as a go-to team member for delegation of new tasks for data processing or simple analysis. Documents internal processes and identifies opportunities to consolidate marketing data and streamline processes. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
