Basic Qualification
- Strong business acumen.

- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in the field of business intelligence and data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing analytics and insights processes and solutions.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, eg. Power BI, its components, dependencies, PBI landscape.
- Proficiency in software programming languages (eg. Python).
- Proficiency in database management and SQL.
- Understanding of machine learning, AI and generative AI and their application to analytics driven processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate between business problems and data and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated learning agility and organizational skills, with the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced working environment. and experienced with the use of Agile delivery frameworks.
Preferred Experience / qualifications and skills:
- Master’s degree or MBA in a related field.
- 16+ years of experience in digital capability, analytics, insights and visualization roles.
- Demonstrated experience of managing people, building and developing teams.
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A curious, innovative mindset, able to rethink processes and take opportunities to deliver solutions using new technologies (eg GenAI).
