Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance of key sections of the Myntra storefront (home page,
navigation, banners, personalization zones).
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor daily/weekly metrics (CTR, CVR,
bounce rates, etc.).
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis to optimize
merchandising and UX strategies.
Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and Category teams to test and
validate hypotheses.
Support A/B testing initiatives: design experiments, analyze results, and make
actionable recommendations.
Create periodic reports and deep-dives on campaign performance, seasonal spikes,
and traffic sources.
Leverage user segmentation and behavioral analytics to suggest personalization
strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related
fields.
1-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in e-commerce or consumer tech.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI,
Looker, etc.).
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Experience with Python/R is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
