Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
- Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Maintain code integrity and organization
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML
- Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
- Knowledge of Frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis
- Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
- Programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQL
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve specific business problems
- Proven ability to clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Proven ability to evaluate the performance of ML models using various metrics and improve them through iterative testing
- Proven good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
