Description of Job Responsibilities
- Regularly review, update, and automate Salesforce processes to maintain data integrity and ensure system efficiency
- Create and manage global marketing campaigns in Salesforce
- Update monthly Assets Under Management (AUM) data in Salesforce
- Generate and manage weekly activity reports based on calls and emails made by third-party contractor WMM
- Perform daily mass updates to accurately record email activities
- Upload closed mandate information and conduct data cleanup tasks for advisors
- Track CRM cases and send weekly reminders to onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support the CRM onshore team with data analysis, cleanup, and ad-hoc tasks, focusing primarily on the North America region
- Build and modify detailed reports and dashboards to meet client requirements
- Optimize data management and reporting across MyFinance, Salesforce, and SalesConnect systems
Required Skills
- Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills (US English)
- Analytical approach towards solving a problem
- ● Hand on experience in Salesforce Administration, with a proven track record of driving and implementing extension projects
- ● Deep knowledge of Salesforce's architecture, data model, and security features
- ● Effectively communicate platform updates and project progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- ● Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships within the team
- ● Tools and software: SQL, Alteryx, ETL/ Demand tool, Salesforce Lighting, MS Office (Advanced Excel)
