Drive advanced analytics and generate insights for One India Business
- Gather unstructured business problems from the stakeholders and proactively drive analytics to deliver actionable insights for business decisions
- Work with stakeholders to enrich the insights by connecting dots with other quantitative and qualitative findings, validating the analytics outcome with multiple data sources to overcome data quality issues
- Assess and onboard new datasets, technology to drive more meaningful and faster insight generation
- Work collaboratively with the data scientists to deliver quality and impactful outcomes on time
Key Accountabilities (2/6)
Product Development, launch & Usage (Phoenix elements like D360, NBA etc.)
- Drive product vision and communicate âthe storyâ effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team
- Own the end-to-end product from inception to development and determine tangible business impact of products
- Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product
- Set up a robust review and feedback mechanism across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with the teamâs strategy and requirements
Major Challenges
- High volume of unstructured data (sometimes of low quality)
- Managing stakeholders across various functions for getting buy-in for analytics outcomes and to drive product development
- Delivering product enhancements according to timelines while managing uncertainties within the process
- Ensuring continuous improvement in the products based on real time feedback from users

Education Qualification
Bachelorâs degree in computer science or related field
Relevant Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics / data science / product development in pharmaceutical domain in an agile setting in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry with focus on digital.
- Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with tech team to understand risks
- Strong Excel, SQL and Python skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders â strong interpersonal skills
