    Job description & requirements

    Key Accountabilities (1/6)

    Drive advanced analytics and generate insights for One India Business

    1. Gather unstructured business problems from the stakeholders and proactively drive analytics to deliver actionable insights for business decisions
    2. Work with stakeholders to enrich the insights by connecting dots with other quantitative and qualitative findings, validating the analytics outcome with multiple data sources to overcome data quality issues
    3. Assess and onboard new datasets, technology to drive more meaningful and faster insight generation
    4. Work collaboratively with the data scientists to deliver quality and impactful outcomes on time

    Key Accountabilities (2/6)

    Product Development, launch & Usage (Phoenix elements like D360, NBA etc.)

    1. Drive product vision and communicate ‘the story’ effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team
    2. Own the end-to-end product from inception to development and determine tangible business impact of products
    3. Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product
    4. Set up a robust review and feedback mechanism across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
    5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with the team’s strategy and requirements

    Major Challenges

    1. High volume of unstructured data (sometimes of low quality)
    2. Managing stakeholders across various functions for getting buy-in for analytics outcomes and to drive product development
    3. Delivering product enhancements according to timelines while managing uncertainties within the process
    4. Ensuring continuous improvement in the products based on real time feedback from users

    Key Interactions (1/2)

    1. Data scientists to derive insights from data base
    2. Commercial/ Sales teams to share insights and implement product for end users
    3. Design team to develop product frontend
    4. Technology team to develop infrastructure to host products
    5. Strategy team to develop and implement product vision

    Key Interactions (2/2)

    1. Technology partner to ensure appropriate infrastructure for delivering products
    2. Creative agencies to develop designs for product frontend, internal communications

    Dimensions (1/2)

    Responsible for driving advanced analytics for >10K employees (Field + HO)

    Developing and managing products which impact medicals representatives catering to ~4 Lakh doctors

    Key Decisions (1/2)

    Product enhancements, user journeys within product and feedback mechanism

    Mechanism for project management within the team

    Education Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

    Relevant Work Experience

    1. 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics / data science / product development in pharmaceutical domain in an agile setting in a similar role.
    2. Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry with focus on digital.
    3. Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with tech team to understand risks
    4. Strong Excel, SQL and Python skills
    5. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
    6. Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders – strong interpersonal skills
