Position Summary:
An AI Engineer designs, develops, and deploys artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance business processes. They work on building intelligent systems, integrating AI into applications, and optimizing models for performance and scalability.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

What You Bring (required qualifications and skills)

- Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development and deployment
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, or C++).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment across the globe.
